1/4 Bund Basilikum
1/4 Bund Petersilie
1 Stk Zwiebel rot
1 Pk Mozzarella Kugeln
1 Pk Mandelstifte

Zubereitung:
Die Tomaten und den Mozzarella in Scheiben schneiden und auf einem großen Teller oder einer Platte schön abwechselnd im Fächer anrichten. Die Zwiebeln schälen, fein schneiden und über die Tomaten mit Mozzarella geben. Die Kräuter fein hacken und ebenfalls über den angerichteten Fächer streuen.
Das Olivenöl darüber träufeln und die Mandelstifte verteilen.
