Räuchertofu klassik

The classic version of smoked tofu. Simply enjoy cold with a snack or in salads. We smoke exclusively using the special friction smoking process, the smoking process with the lowest exposure to harmful substances. A metal wheel rubs against a beech log for a long time until it reaches a temperature of 300 - 400° C. Compared to conventional smoking methods, which use temperatures of up to 800° C, our low-temperature smoking is very gentle. The resulting smoke is directed to the products in the smoking chamber and gives them that special aromatic note. Our friction smoking system is also emission-free.

Our smoked tofu with its aromatic smoky note tastes wonderful cold as a snack or in salads. When fried, it goes perfectly with vegetable dishes, rice, potatoes or pasta.
