The legendary grill cracker is one of the most popular tofu sausages ever. With a fine pepper spice note for frying and vegan grilling. Coat the grill crackers with oil before grilling and
during grilling. This protects the tofu sausages from drying out.
THIS IS HOW IT WORKS: GRILLING TOFU SausagesYou will need:Barbecue tray - Barbecue tongs - Bowl for oil or marinade -
Frying olive oil - Fireproof pastry brush - Kitchen paper- Take the sausages out of the fridge 20 minutes before grilling. This prevents them from sticking, browns them more evenly and gets
them hot inside more quickly.- Brush the sausages with oil before and during grilling so that they become nice and crispy.- To prevent oil from dripping into the embers, causing smoke and
forming harmful substances, it is best to use a grill pad.- Always use tofu sausages on the grill. Tofu sausages should always be placed at the edge of the embers (indirect grilling) and
grilled over a medium heat, otherwise they will burn quickly.- Turn the sausages several times during grilling until the desired browning is achieved.- Drain on kitchen paper and leave to
rest. Tip: Marinate our tofu sausages before grilling: Pour olive oil into a bowl. Place the tofu sausages in the oil, season with pepper and top with a few sprigs of herbs to taste. Leave to
stand for 2 hours with the lid closed. Brush the sausages with the marinade while grilling.
