Tofu natural

The traditional basic tofu is rich in high-quality plant protein and can be prepared in many different ways. Whether spicy, hot, sweet or sour - our Naturtofu can be processed in any direction. Due to its firm consistency it is ideal for frying.

By the way:
Naturtofu and soy sauce belong together like brother and sister.

We recommend

Before you process the tofu, dab it with a kitchen roll or let it drip off for a longer period of time. If you do not process the whole piece of tofu, place the retained tofu in a bowl and cover it completely with fresh water. This way your tofu will keep fresh in the fridge for three to four days. Change water daily.
