The traditional basic tofu is rich in high-quality plant protein and can be prepared in many different ways. Whether spicy, hot, sweet or sour - our Naturtofu can be processed in any
direction. Due to its firm consistency it is ideal for frying.

Naturtofu and soy sauce belong together like brother and sister.
We recommend
Before you process the tofu, dab it with a kitchen roll or let it drip off for a longer period of time. If you do not process the whole piece of tofu, place the retained tofu in a bowl and
cover it completely with fresh water. This way your tofu will keep fresh in the fridge for three to four days. Change water daily.
