The farm has been an organic farm since 2012 and a recognized organic farm since November 2019.
The animals live in large open-air enclosures and are raised strictly in accordance with Bioland guidelines only with their own organic certified feed.
The chickens are quite large, around 1.8 kg, and are a feast for the whole family.
If you fancy these delicious Ostertal organic free-range chickens, you should be quick. Because we only have a limited quantity of approx. 50 pieces available. But in the future there will
be campaign weeks with the Bioland chickens at regular intervals
If the ordered amount of Ostertal free-range chickens exceeds the stock, we reserve the right to replace them with the Naturland chickens. If you do not want this, please write this in your order (no replacement). Many Thanks

Martinshof - Biolandtradition seit 1986
Heute bewirtschaftet der junge Landwirt Martin Stoll die Landwirtschaft mit der Tierhaltung. Familie Kempf kümmert sich um die Verarbeitung und Vermarktung der Martinshof-Produkte. Dabei legen sie großen Wert auf die transparente Verarbeitung von ausschließlich Bioland-Ware und arbeiten mit vielen regionalen Erzeugern zusammen. Die Produktion vor Ort mit den eigenen Teams bietet eine große Zuverlässigkeit an Qualität und Frische.
