You can use lemongrass for any dish. Whether soup, curry dish, fish, meat, salad, rice dish or noodles: Lemon grass always gives a wonderfully exotic touch of freshness. Seasoning with lemongrass is very easy if you cook the cleaned stems whole or cut into pieces and simply remove them before serving. The advantage is that the aroma remains in the dish, but you don't bite on the fairly firm lemon grass.
