grilling.
We only use meat from Bioland cattle that grow up naturally, receive special feeding and have plenty of exercise in nature. As a result, their flesh is firmer from the muscle structure and
has a distinct taste of its own.
Considering the longer lifespan of the animals that grow up without fattening aids, the connoisseur knows about the preparation. Because a short "post-cooking" at 60-80°C in the oven, or
warming up after grilling, allows the gravy to collect and the meat to become tender.
