Bio Knusperbrot Buchweizen

Flower bread - inspired by the blossoms of buckwheat. All varieties (15 in total) are vegan, gluten-free and, with the exception of the fig variety, also kosher. Ekibio's philosophy also means that flower breads are made without yeast, eggs, fats, dairy products and flavorings. This means that the flower bread ("Le Pain Des Fleurs") is not only ideal for people with gluten intolerance. The dough for the crispy bread is toasted for a few seconds at a high temperature of 300 to 400°C during processing. This creates the special crispy texture, which also varies from variety to variety.
Flower bread would love to conquer every one of your meals and displace the cliché of "boring and bland crispbread". Flower bread offers a wide range of uses. Whether simply on its own for crunching, as a topping for soups or combined with imaginative spreads, there is no limit to the gourmet's imagination - this variety can be combined with virtually anything you can find in your fridge - we can recommend jam, herb quark and cheese as toppings.
