Bioland cattle grow up more slowly and move a lot outdoors. This gives the meat a firmer muscle structure and a distinct taste of its own. You don't need a lot of spices.
Depending on the desired cooking degree, fry the steaks from both for 3.4 minutes and let them rest in the oven at 60-80°C for a good 15 minutes. The gravy collects in the meat and the
steaks become tender.
