Growing area: Moselle Saar Ruwer

The Ernst Hein winery is specialized in the old grape variety Elbling. A speciality are wines with little alcohol. On the Moselle, an old tradition is used here: The wines are stopped in fermentation and have an alcohol content of only 9% vol. and a fine residual sweetness in the semi-dry range. A light alternative that is really tasty and very well tolerated.
