Die Entenbrust wird uns frisch eingefroren angeliefert.
Bei Ihrer Lieferung taut sie dann langsam auf und sollte innerhalb 2-3 Tagen zubereitet werden. Ein erneutes Einfrieren ist nicht ratsam.
