Dieses kaltgepresste Leindotteröl in Bioland-Qualität kommt vom Bioland-Hof Marcus Comtesse in Wadgassen/Schaffhausen. Wie unsere anderen Leindotteröle, besitzt es einen hohen Gehalt an Omega-3-Fettsäuren (bis 48 Prozent) und Omega-6-Fettsäuren (ca. 19 Prozent) und zeichnet sich durch einen feinen Geruch, und delikaten Geschmack aus.

Zudem wird es ausnahmslos in Mischkultur, z.B. zusammen mit Gerste oder Erbsen angebaut. Das schont die Natur und hilft den Pflanzen beim Wachstum, erfordert aber höheren Aufwand bei Reinigung und Aufbereitung.
