A particularly aromatic rice that makes an ideal side dish for many dishes, but is particularly popular in Asian cuisine.
For 2 portions as a side dish: Boil 125 g of washed basmati rice in twice the amount of salted water and simmer over a low heat in a closed pan for approx. 10 - 12 minutes.
